    花と蝶が彩る紫の和傘です

    蝶は風水では「喜び」を表す虫とされています。蝶は春になると美しい成虫になって飛び回りますよね。季節の中でも春はもっともエネルギッシュな季節です。その春を告げる虫とされているので、喜びを表すとされているのです。また、蝶は美しい花から花へ飛び回ります。その姿はまるで春の訪れの喜びを躍りで表現しているように見えますよね。蝶を見ている人たちにもワクワクした気持ちを湧き上がらせてくれる為、縁起のいい虫とされているのです

    日本舞踊や歌舞伎など舞を舞うときに小道具として使われることが多い和傘です。 和傘本来の良さを感じられるので、柄も美しく、長時間舞などで用いても軽く作られているため、疲れにくい構造になっています

    平安時代の前後あたりに中国から伝わってきたものに日本なりのアレンジが加えられたもので、昔は雨除けではなく魔除けや権威を示すためのものとして使われていました
