    ●内容●
    ビゴーはパリに生まれ、エコール・デ・ボザールに学んだフランスの画家。ジャポニスムの影響を受け、日本に関心を持ち、明治15年(1882)に来日。風刺漫画雑誌「トバエ」や風刺画集を刊行したことで知られている人物です。
    こちらは1891（明治24）年に刊行された石版画集『東京芸者の一日』の復刻版。明治期の芸者生活の様子を描いたもので、金があると豪遊していたといわれるビゴーが、花柳界の表裏に通じていたことがうかがわれます。

    年代の割には程度の良い状態ですが、若干の経年スレ・ヤケ・シミあり
