    #400の荒磨ぎ面は刃が欠けた時など修正に、#1000の中仕上げ面は刃物の切れ味が落ちた時に使用して下さい。 
    セラミックなど、硬い刃物も強力に刃研ぎ可能。 
    従来の砥石では出来なかったセラミック製の包丁もOK。 
    凸凹の発生した砥石の面直しにも修正砥石としてご使用頂けます。 
    ※注意：油は使用しないでください。目づまりの原因になります。 
    使用後は研ぎくず等をきれいに洗浄し全体がサビないように保管して下さい。
