    ラジアルエンジンからインスピレーションを受けデザイン。
    モデル名は、ダグラス・デイ・デイト・メカ41。機械そのものを表現したモデル名を採用しました。 ダグラス・デイ・デイト・メカ41のケース形状は、ダグラスDC-3の機体のように大胆で流線型のラウンド型になっています。。ダグラス機のラジアルエンジンが、時計に収まっているかのように見え、時計自体がエンジンそのものを表現しています。

    ラジアルエンジンそのものを時計として表現するために超複雑な構造となっています。ムーブメントに辿り着くまでに凡そ９つのパーツから構成されています。
    インデックスの文字は、ガラスそのものにプリントされ、
    文字盤が浮いているような設計になっています。
    ラジアルエンジンからは、曜日表示が付いています。
    A-1000オリジナルムーブメントもシースルーで見えるように、裏蓋にもサファイヤガラスがついています。
    ミラーポリッシュケースに100m防水性を維持できる構造になっています。
    フェイスと同じように切削パターンが入っています。
    時計の心臓部であるムーブメントは、SERITA SW240-2をベースに考案されたAVIATORの新型キャリバーAV-1000を搭載しています。
    ムーブメントは、デイト（日付）とデイデイト（曜日）機能と衝撃からムーブメントを保護するIncablocシステム搭載しています。特大で美しく細工されたローターは、文字盤の装飾パターンを採用し時計全体でアールデコ調となっています

    旅客機のDOUGLAS DC-3はアメリカだけではなく、日本やソビエト連邦でもライセンス生産が行われ、ボーイング707および747と並び、民間航空史上もっとも重要な機体の一つとされています。
    大空を飛ぶダグラスDC-3を時計の文字盤で表現したデザインです。 プロペラ部分から見た飛行機をイメージしたデザインで、スケルトン仕様になっています。 カレンダー部分やインデックスなど、幾つものパーツを重ね合わせた立体感ある文字盤で、高級感があり格好良いです。
