    商品説明

    上出長右エ門窯の代表作「笛吹」の汲出碗 (湯呑)です。上出長右衛門窯が60年描き続けているモチーフで、堅苦しくない自由な笛吹は上出長右衛門窯の原点ともなっています。湯呑と比べ口が広い汲出碗は、お茶の香りを楽しめてお客様へのおもてなしにもぴったりです。

    上出長右エ門窯は1789年、初代上出長右衛門によって石川県能美郡寺井村に創業。以来、職人による繊細な手仕事にこだわり、轆轤挽きの素地と深い発色の染付、そしてガラス質で色鮮やかな九谷の色絵を特徴としています。伝統的な仕事の中に現代性を感じさせるデザインを取り入れ、ハイメ・アジョンとの制作活動や、美術館やアートフェアでの発表などにも、近年活動の幅を広げています。「笛吹」を現代風にアレンジし、笛をトランペットに持ち替えたりスケートボードをしていたりと遊び心満載のシリーズも製作しています。2010年には、東京スパイラルガーデンにて大規模な個展「上出・九谷・惠悟展　九谷焼コネクション」が開催されました。
