    【著者について】
    スペイン生まれ。ビジュアルコンセプト、アナログアニメーションのレイアウト、グラフィックノベルの分野で活躍するアーティストで、長編アニメーションにおいては20年以上の経験を持ちます。
    参加した主な映画作品は、「バルト」「プリンス・オブ・エジプト」「サーフズ・アップ」「長ぐつをはいたネコ」「ヒックとドラゴン2」。
    映画制作においては、フレームの構図、ライティング、ビジュアルコンティニュイティといった、デザインおよび映画としての表現を専門に、アニメーションのキーシーケンスを数多く手掛けてきました。主にDreamWorks Animation、Sony Pictures Animationで映画制作に携わる傍ら、12 年以上にわたりドローイング、イラストレーション、ビジュアルストーリーテリングのテクニックの指導を行っています。
    また、いくつかの国際映画祭で審査員を務めています。
