    レコード量産のためのスタンパーと言われるものです。これにレコードの
    素材（塩ビ）を圧力かけて固めた物がレコードです。

    刻印されている文字が鏡文字になっていますね。

    大きい方に　LLX-1130　と彫られていると思います。
    小さい方に　DSX-3296　と彫られていると思います。


    非常に珍しいものでヤフオクやメルカリで探しましたが見つかりませんでした。

    レコードの作り方
    ここでおおまかなレコードの作り方をご説明します。
    ①カッティング作業
    録音された音を流しながら、樹脂で出来たラッカー盤にサファイアで出来た針で溝を刻んでいきます。
    A面とB面それぞれ一枚ずつ作ります。
    ②原盤（マスターレコード）作成
    カッティングしたラッカー盤にニッケルをメッキし、クロムでコーティングして表面を保護、十分に乾かし原盤（型）が完成します。
    ④フォーミング加工
    型の中心に取り付け用の穴を空け、端のはみ出た部分をカットします。
    ⑤プレス作業
    レコードの原料である塩化ビニールの粒を固めたペレットと呼ばれるプラスチックの塊とラベルを型でプレスします。高温でプレスされ、徐々に温度を下げて固めて、余分な部分をカットして出来上がります。
    レコードを量産するのに欠かせない、大元の型が原盤ということですね。この原盤製作は専門技術が必要なため、製作できるメーカーは限られていますが、アジアにたったひとつしかないアナログレコードを製作している工場は、実は日本の神奈川県にあるのです。東洋化成株式会社は、高品質で国内外で有名です。
