    太陽をイメージした赤瑪瑙を挟んで2匹のスカラベ
    全体をエジプト時代から珍重された「ファラオ」の
    宝石ラピス・ラズリでまとめました。
    太陽神・ケプリの化身“スカラベ”のブレスレットです。
    エジプトの神聖な甲虫（＝スカラベ「タマオシコガネ」）は、
    太陽神・ケプリの姿とされ、古代エジプトでは王朝の富の象徴
    ともされていました。古代エジプト人はこのスカラベを崇拝し、
    自らの芸術・装飾品・墓の供物に採り入れました。
    甲虫・コガネムシは自分の卵の入った”糞”の玉をどこまでも
    転がしていく。それが太陽が渡って行く課程に似ているため、
    人々は聖なる虫とみなしました。幼虫はこの玉から孵化するので
    大地から新しい命が誕生するものとみなされ、スカラベは再生
    の象徴ともされています。そのため、死者と一緒に埋められる事
    もありました。今日、スカラベは幸運の護符・財運・健康のお守り、
    厄除けアクセサリーとして利用されています。
    ラピスは天空のパワーを宿しており、願望を実現するための意識を
    集中させてくれるといわれ、また不運を防ぎ、運勢を強めてくれる
    パワーストーンです。
