    「画家への手紙」はデュフィ没後10年を記念して、長年の友人であったマルセル・ウリー女史によって出版された追悼画文集です
    デュフィの水彩、デッサンに基づくリトグラフ18点（内カラー14点）と、親交のあったシャガール、ブラック、コクトー、ストラヴィンスキー、ビュッフェらが追悼文とオリジナルの版画を寄稿しています
    表紙は1937年のパリ万国博覧会の為に制作した大壁画「電気の精」の一部が使用され、大変華やかな挿画本となっています
    本作はその中の1枚を額装したものになります

    デュフィの水彩は軽やかでありながら華やかな色彩で、現代の部屋にも飾りやすいです

    ラウル・デュフィの名前はアートに関心が薄い方にとって馴染みがないかもしれませんが、バイオリンやピアノをモチーフにした絵はポストカードなどで目にしている方も多いと思います

    こちらの作品は保存状態も良くシミなどもありません
    画像にはありませんが、段ボールの差し箱が付属します
