    ★ご存知の方は多いとは思いますが、天然樹脂の一種であるマスチック樹脂は、特に高価な樹脂の一つです。加えて、樹脂の塊の状態である「ガムマスチック」は、在庫している画材店も少なく、手に入りにくい画材の一つです。
    在庫整理でのヤフオク出品の場合、普段は包装そのままでバラさずに出品するのですが、、、元々が高額な事を配慮して、今回は10グラムずつに別けて出品しました。



    ★油彩やテンペラ画に使う描画用ワニスや加筆用ワニス、仕上げワニスを作る際の材料になります。
    マスチック樹脂で作った仕上げワニスは、とても優雅な艶の画面に出来ます。
    フランドル派の絵のような透明感と強い光沢、制作時にほどほどのスピードで描くことを可能にするメデュームを作りたい場合は、必須の樹脂です。メデュームフラマンのような描画用ワニスを作りたい場合は、必要な樹脂です。
    また、細い線を描く場合、この樹脂で作った精油系ワニスはとても役に立ちます。
