    ■使用方法■
    1.ベアリングの内側にアタッチメントを差し込みます
    2.プッシュボルトを取り付け、レンチでしっかりと締め付けます
    3.ベアリングプーラー本体を設置してセンターボルトを締め付けます
    4.フレームを土台にしっかりと固定します。
    　（土台に固定が出来ない場合は木片などを噛ませることで
    　　しっかりと固定できます）
    5.手でナットをゆっくり締めます
    6.六角レンチでセンターボルトを固定したまま
    　レンチでナットを締めていくと
    　簡単にベアリングを取り外すことが出来ます
