    詳しい経緯は忘れましたが、約10年前ぐらいに購入しましたお品です
    全く使用せずに、密閉箱に収納しておりました物を見つけて、今回出品しました(^^)♪

    「ドリームキャッチャー」は、アメリカインディアンのオジブワ族に伝わる「悪夢から守ってくれる」ための伝統的なお守り（装飾品）で、元々は、子供たちのために使われました。

    円形や涙型の輪に、糸をクモの巣状に巡らせ羽根を吊るした特徴的な形状。張り巡らされた糸に引っ掛かった悪夢は、朝日を浴びて焼き払われ朝露となって消え去ってしまうように、良い夢は穴を通り抜け、羽を伝って降りてくるようにとの願いを込めたものになっています。
