    ◆作品解説　
    画家は現在まで日本の自然や里山を中心に取材して油彩画を制作してきました。題材としているものがわが国の自然ですので、しばしば見られるススキ野原についても構想を練っていました。お客様からの依頼でいよいよ作品化する切っ掛けが出来、何枚か制作しました。
    晩秋～冬の、心象風景となります。広大なススキ野原に午後の陽光が射し、仄かに栄枯盛衰と日常が交差する風景です。この絵は曽爾高原など主に関西で見たススキ野原のスケッチや資料、その他の地方のススキ野原、既に幾つかあった心の風景に照らして絵づくりした作品です。

    画材は、絵具はミノー、ルフラン、クサカベギルド、ホルベイン油一など、高品質なブランドを使用。油や樹脂も加工油やダンマル樹脂、ベネチアテレピンバルサムなど古典の時代から用いられてきた画材を使用。下地は、カンバスよりも堅牢な板に描いております。ヨーロッパの古典絵画技法を研究し、それを活かした技法で制作。これにより、色彩の深みや透明度、絵全体の堅牢さが高められています。
    時々、光の当たる場所での鑑賞をお勧めします。

    ◆画像は、極力実際の色調を再現し、出来るだけ反射やハレーションが写らないように努めています。しかし、時々、実際の見え方とは少し違う場合があります。絵の色相の幅が大きかったり、絵具の密度の差など、写真ではいまひとつ再現されないようです(実物は写真より良かった…と、伝えられる事が多いです)。御了承ください。
